• Pre-test Interview - Aims to understand users’ experience of using online virtual courses and online course management platforms, as well as the problems they encountered in the process or their views on the platform
• Usability Test - Set up some scenarios and ask participants to actually use Air to complete the a series of  tasks, and record and observe the process
• Post-test Survey - How’s participants’ experience with Air? Does the platform meet their needs?

Market Research

TalentLMS

• This is a learning management platform for adults, especially for employee training, compliance training, onboarding training and remote training in enterprises. It includes three roles: administrator, learner, and instructor.
• The platform provides a great service especially to admin users, since it has comprehensive and complex features, and allows administrators to customize the course, including its price, length, category, target group, etc. It also allows admins to categorize courses and user groups.

LaiofferLMS

• This is a learning management platform specifically for administrator, instructor, and students at LaiOffer. It is a platform that assist adult to have vocational education. The LaiOffer LMS uses modulars to display all the info that a user needs.
• The platform helps students a lot. it can visualized data to show all the info that a student needs, such as attendance, homework submission, class content, etc.

Canvas LMS

• Canvas LMS is a learning management platform for K-12, higher education and business. Canvas LMS includes three roles: teacher, students, parent/observer. This platform assist students and teachers to have both online classes and in-person classes.
• The platform has all the features a teacher needs. All the courses can be easily access on the homepage in a form of dashboard. So that the teacher can conveniently view the class info and edit all the classes.
